One of the database clusters experienced intermittent connectivity for approx 27 minutes this evening.

This affected a small subset of customers who will have either been unable to login or if already logged in will have seen some database errors occasionally on page refreshes.

The issue has been isolated and resolved. The cluster is being monitored to understand the root cause and all systems have now returned to be fully functioning.

Updated : 11th March @ 03:56 Monitoring over the last few hours has not shown any peaks or issues therefore this incident is resolved.
