Tab notification
We've now resolved the incident with tab badges showing for unread messages. Thanks for your patience.
We are aware of the issue and have a potential fix in place with our Live Chat provider - this will be rolled out asap and we will update with any information as things progress.
We are aware of an issue for a number of customers who are seeing notification warnings in the tabs, which seems mainly in Chrome. This seems to be caused by our Live Chat integration.
We are implementing changes to resolve this and our support desk is available to assist you to remove these notifications.
What users who are effected are seeing is a red circle with a number 1 showing in the tab header.
