We are aware of some issues and delays some customers may be experiencing when sending emails, predominantly bulk/scheduled emails.
This is due to a number of networking routing issues between the UK and EU datacenters of the email servers which is intermittently causing email delivery issues. The result is some emails are being queued and retried, and eventually delivered. This is currently under investigation.
