This evening, Stripo sent an email 'warning' of a potential breach in the area of their system that stores API keys users have entered to connect to third-party providers, and asking people to delete those keys from the third party (OpenCRM) and issue new ones.
To ensure our users do this, we have decided to delete all Stripo API keys from customer systems as a precaution. This will require you to set up the integration again with new ones.
If you need assistance setting up your Stripo API keys, just get in touch with our support team via the usual channels (live chat, email, phone).
There is no indication of any wider issues for OpenCRM; we have done this purely as a precaution. We have scanned customer system logs for any unusual activity, and none has been detected.
This is the email that all Stripo customers will have already received directly from them.
