We have seen some intermittent issues on Jotforms EU platform this evening which could affect any forms you have integrated with your OpenCRM system.

Issues with Jotforms API mean that OpenCRM has been able to receive notification of submissions but has been unable to retrieve them from Jotform. This will show in the audit log for your Jotform in OpenCRM as a blank entry. If you click the re-submit link on the audit log entry, it will retry looking up the submission details and post the results into OpenCRM if successful.

It looks like these issues are now resolved, but form submissions within the time period of the issue may have been affected.
