A fix has been implemented for the issue and we are actively monitoring this.


We are currently experiencing some intermittent delays in messages sent and received to/from our support desk via the live chat widget in OpenCRM systems. This may mean messages you send us, or we send you in reply take longer to arrive than normal (up to a few minutes). Please be assured the messages you send us are being received and actioned and we apologise for any inconvenience this delay in the communication causes .
