We believe the issue accessing our live chat support is an issue with certain ISP/connections and is isolated to a small number of customers.

We are continuing to receive and monitor/respond to live chats as normal. If you are unable to access our live chat, please contact us via email - support@opencrm.co.uk, phone - 01748 473000 or using our online portal https://opencrm.co.uk/support.

We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue.

We believe this issue is limited to certain ISP connections/IP ranges. We are monitoring any incoming chats as normal and continue to investigate why some customers are not able to access live chat.
