We believe the issue with the bulk mail service which was causing slow sending of bulk emails has now been resolved but we will continue to monitor this closely. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
We are still investigating upstream delays on emails from OpenCRM to our bulk email services. We are working closely with the email team to resolve these issues or put in a temporary work around. We hope to have a more positive update this morning.
Unfortunately we are still seeing some issues with performance of bulk email services. Delivery delays seem to now be resolved. This is still actively being worked on and investigated and further updates will be posted when available. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Our bulk email service team are continuing to work on this issue. Some hardware issues have been identified which are causing the send and delivery delays. These are being actively worked on to restore full service.
We are currently aware of an issue regarding the speed of sending of bulk emails. This is being actively investigated and we will provide updates when they are available.
Some customers may notice this when sending single/transactional emails if they are configured for all emails to go through their bulk email service.
