The issue with the bulk email service has now been resolved and full service restored. In addition to this, further resilience has been added to the service in the event of a similar issue occurring in the future.

Whilst the issue of network connectivity is being resolved, a new SMTP mail cluster is currently being provisioned. Further updates on this will be posted here.

There is a network connectivity issue with the bulk SMTP email server cluster. This is currently under investigation.

We are investigating an error affecting some customers and their ability to send Bulk Emails. We are currently re-routing our Bulk Emailing services to bypass this error and will post a further update shortly.

If you have any Scheduled Bulk Emails which are due to send out now, simply update their Status back to Scheduled and set a new Send Time once our investigation is complete and they will pick up where they left off.
