Worldwide Internet Outages Including Microsoft 365

OpenCRM core services remain unaffected by the recent worldwide outages.

Impacted third party services, such as mailboxes accessed by Pop2OpenCRM should now also be working fine.

As such, this status incident is closed.

We are aware that a number of worldwide internet outages are currently being reported, largely centred around Microsoft 365 services and CrowdStrike.

Whilst OpenCRM services and internal systems have not been directly affected by this, it is possible this will affect some ancillary services, for example for customers using Pop2OpenCRM with mailboxes hosted in Microsoft 365.

We are aware that some customer systems are unable to collect emails from their Pop2OpenCRM mailboxes. This is out of our hands, but will correct itself as soon as full service is restored with Microsoft.

We will update this post with any further affected ancillary services and any further relevant updates.
