Although OpenCRM is not directly affected, some services that rely on Microsoft may suffer delays.
Most notably, M365 Outlook has been reported to have email delivery issues. Any delays would mean that emails appearing in your OpenCRM system, linked to records or new tickets being created, will have been affected.
Microsoft have published that most services are back up and running or recovering.
